Internships

Qualifications include strong math skills, interpersonal skills, basic engineering coursework, computer skills, and the ability to work in an office or field environment. A reliable personal vehicle is required for this position. Interns will work closely with project engineers and managers to gain experience in multiple facets of the construction/engineering industry both in the field and office.

Senior Construction Manager

This role oversees the large construction projects and program subsets of the construction management work group. The Senior Construction Manager plays a leadership role in the construction management initiatives as part of the company’s strategic operations plan. This position allocates resources, tracks, and reports on project progress, manages project risk through staff oversight, monitors schedules, manages budgets, ensures quality, and performs contract administration and project management.

Construction Manager

This position is responsible for construction management of water, wastewater, utility, telecommunications, broadband, and heavy civil projects. This position provides direct construction oversight, management and supervision of multiple projects at one time. The Construction Manager position manages the overall job scope, progress, budget, and quality of each project, with minimal oversight from the Senior Construction Manager.

This position is responsible for design and construction of utility, telecommunications, fiber, and instrumentation and controls projects. This includes construction oversight and the management and supervision of multiple projects at one time.
