Senior Project Manager
This position oversees design and construction projects, programs and employees. The Senior Project Manager leads engineering initiatives as part of the company’s strategic operations plan. This position allocates resources, tracks, and reports on project progress, manages project risk, monitors schedules, tracks budgets, ensures quality; performs contract administration, civil engineering design, and project management.
Senior Construction Manager
This role oversees the large construction projects and program subsets of the construction management work group. The Senior Construction Manager plays a leadership role in the construction management initiatives as part of the company’s strategic operations plan. This position allocates resources, tracks, and reports on project progress, manages project risk through staff oversight, monitors schedules, manages budgets, ensures quality, and performs contract administration and project management.
Project Manager
This position is responsible for design and construction of water, wastewater, utility, telecommunications, broadband, and heavy civil projects. This includes construction oversight and the management and supervision of multiple projects at one time. A Project Manager will manage the overall contracting, budget management, progress, quality, delivery and customer experience across multiple service lines in Ditesco.
Construction Manager
This position is responsible for construction management of water, wastewater, utility, telecommunications, broadband, and heavy civil projects. This position provides direct construction oversight, management and supervision of multiple projects at one time. The Construction Manager position manages the overall job scope, progress, budget, and quality of each project, with minimal oversight from the Senior Construction Manager.
